I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone here (both management and coworkers) has been supportive and cares about my personal and professional development. The company really seems to care about its employees and their well-being, and I am hugely appreciative of that.

    Cons

There is currently a lot of change, and a lot of processes are in flux. This can be difficult to deal with if you aren't prepared for it coming in.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (Chicago, IL (US)) in October 2019.

    Interview

First was a phone s=interview with a recruiter, which then lead to another phone interview with an HR manager at a different location from Chicago. If that interview went well I would have moved forward with an in-person interview, but they moved on with another candidate.
