I have been working at Contino full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people/culture overall, fantastic office space, 5K development budget, 10 training days on top of your annual leave, good benefits package, a great place to learn

    Cons

Can be quite cliquey at times, no real structure to career development, not enough internal focus on developing the consulting side of the role

    Advice to Management

Look to bring more junior level consultants onboard

    Principal Consultant Interview

    Easy Interview

    Interview

Online submission, Phone interview arranged with internal recruiter after recruiter approached. Very unprofessional, rescheduling and joining late. Asking tactical qs whether you have SC clearance. Looks like they are just looking for someone to work on new public sector projects. Said more suited for another role but they are looking to hire internally. Why bother posting the role when you have made a decision for an internal hire. Very unprofessional company.
