InterviewAfter applying with the CV and cover letter on their website, 1 phone call and 2 interviews followed. The first interview is 1h30 and its main purpose is to see if you fit into their culture. The second interview is position specific with questions like “why Agile?”, “why Scrum?”. When I asked about the team, the project, the answers weren’t very clear because they didn’t know in which team I would go.Interview
