Great company culture. Feels like a home. Love the office building. Lots of extra activities and opportunities for fun AND growth.Cons
Onboarding could have been better with more support. You need to learn how to say no to people in the workplace if they ask you to do more work. Because everybody is so friendly and they are allAdvice to Management
I would recommend the company to be more open to listen to employers who feel like they would fit another role within the company better.

After applying with the CV and cover letter on their website, 1 phone call and 2 interviews followed. The first interview is 1h30 and its main purpose is to see if you fit into their culture. The second interview is position specific with questions like “why Agile?”, “why Scrum?”.
