I have been working at Dentsu Aegis Network full-time (More than a year)
fairly good mobility, have had colleagues who moved between teams into different roles.
A raise every 6 months on the grad scheme.
great place to develop skills
fairly good atmosphere to work in, no bullying or politics that I've seen
It's a 9 to 5 there's no expected overtime or any of that rubbish
the Ad Ops team currently has got a new AD that is really forward thinking, positive and genuinely great to work with.
when you start it can be a bit overwhelming at first but everyone is there to support you and see you succeed, all you need to do is ask questions.
the pay isn't great considering similar roles in the market, you'll need those raises.
it can get tedious but that's just the nature of the work.
from what i've seen there is a lot of turnover, mainly due to salary.
experienced team members replaced by graduates after they leave (this is mostly due to the availability of experienced individuals in the market tough)
Advice to Management
the company culture really is great but if you want to actually retain the talent then compensation needs to follow accordingly

I applied online. I interviewed at Dentsu Aegis Network (Manchester City Centre, England).
Brief and straight process. Most of the questions were regarding customer service skills (dealing with difficult customers, past experience in similar role, phone skills, etc). Some technical questions as well (Office, Service now, etc)
