    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at DocuSign (Chicago, IL (US)) in March 2019.

    Interview

Introductory call with the recruiter followed by a phone screen with the engineering manager. After that, I was sent a user interface coding exercise. I was invited onsite (Chicago office) after submitting the coding exercise.

The recruiters were nice but the engineers I met (including the manager) were not very enthusiastic. It was hard to judge whether or not they liked my answers during the interview.

Received a phone call with the final decision the next day. I was provided feedback but the reasons stated were very trivial.
