I applied online. I interviewed at Frank Recruitment Group (Melbourne (Australia)) in January 2018.
I applied online. I interviewed by Frank Recruitment Group (Melbourne, Australia) in January 2018.
After getting through the initial phone interview, I was invited in to be interviewed by a panel of 4 (team leader, hiring manager, business manager and VP). The interview process was split into 2 stages.
1st Stage: business manager and team leader
Both asked me common recruitment questions to qualify my experiences and whether I had the right competencies to match with the company's value.
2nd Phase: Manager and VP
The questions asked were more specific and they wanted to find out more about why I chose to go down this path/career.
Overall, I found the interview process quite satisfying and was even told I would be contacted once a decision was made on my candidacy. It's been over two weeks, and still no answer. Even sent a follow up email and no response either.
Silence is tough. Definitely disappointed to not hear back from them.
