Employees rate New York 1.6% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time (Less than a year)
The culture is a motivated one with tons of eagerness and drive to succeed.
Training is somewhat overwhelming because you really learn on the job.
Advice to Management
Only advice I would give is that I think that there are many skills that require hours of practice and so, trying to learn hands-on and learning hands off during training is not very efficient. There are other things that don't relate to your job immediately and so, it removes from developing the first skill you're trying to improve on.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frank Recruitment Group (New York, NY (US)) in March 2017.
First round was a phone call about my background and experience which then shifted more about why I would be suited towards recruitment and how driven I was about money. A week later or so I was invited for an in-person interview. They gave quite in-depth information about the role and the industry and the underlying message they were driving is that your paycheck will probably be your biggest pride from this job. Each interviewer asked me about how driven I was about money and so on.
