I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Gallup (Bangkok (Thailand)) in March 2019.
The interview process was conducted 2 times, the first time is by phone call with recruiter and second time is face-to-face interview with hiring manager. For the first time, I could say that it is only pre-screen process, generally talk about the past work experience, personality, thinking and working style. This process will help both recruiter and candidate learn that they will be the right match or not. For the second process with hiring manager, they will focus more about the job responsibility, role and organization culture. As well as, the past experience, thinking and working style that could be integrate with Gallup's way/culture or not.
