I have been working at Glassdoor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is an incredible place to work. Everybody is helpful, welcoming and makes you feel like you're part of a family. Huge room to grow your career. The products themselves are brilliant, and help people find jobs and companies that they love so you feel like your work has a great impact on everyone who uses Glassdoor.

The company is relatively small compared to competitors. This allows for agile improvements to respond to the market without having the bureaucracy of a large company.

    Cons

There is nothing I can call out as being a negative!

    Advice to Management

Continue on the path you've laid out, things are working so well!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Dublin, Co. Dublin (Ireland)) in May 2018.

    Interview

The interview consisted of an initial basic questioning with the recruiter with some basic IT questions which had been given to her from the IT guys. Next was a more technical interview with the senior IT manager which consisted of scenario based trouble shooting questions. Next was a technical test which was a real world fixing of a machine with real world problems. After that it was interview with couple more IT guys. Over all it was a lot of interviews but at no point in the interview process did I feel like everyone was appreciative that it was a lot of interviews but they just seemed like they really wanted to really make sure that I would be a good fit within the team and company. They were really open to having me ask questions and to answering them which was a huge plus
