You're doing a great job! Make sure you let your top performers know that you appreciate them, involve them in conversations about their respective teams, and seek advice and listen to them! Don't be afraid to make some big changes to ultimately benefit the org.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Dublin, Co. Dublin (Ireland)) in November 2017.
I interviewed over a period of 3 weeks. I firstly had a phone interview with the recruiter (James), then a phone interview with a sales manager, an onsite in Dublin with sales / HR managers, a phone interview with a sales manager in the US, then finally an onsite presentation with the team in Dublin.
Overall I really enjoyed the interview process. James was extremely helpful throughout and the team were great when I visited for my presentation, which helped me relax. I also really appreciated how quick feedback was given and liked how I was given areas to improve on during each stage.
