I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline full-time (More than 10 years)
Climate controlled environment with opportunities to grow and build capabilities and talents. Good work life balance for the most part, even during ramped up production.
Not really sure if the cons come close to impacting the pros with this company. A bad day here would be equal to a good day at a number of other facilities.

There was no interview I went through a temp agency And was worked through them. I was given a week of training before I started working my shift alone. I also had a brief reading and math test as well As a drug test with the staffing agency
