I have been working at GlaxoSmithKline full-time (More than 5 years)
You can learn and improve yourself very much. You have more opportunities to work with senior leaders in the organization
The system is too much complicated and give you a lot of stress and admin works.
Advice to Management
Try to simplify the business and processes to release staffs to work

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)) in September 2015.
Contacted by headhunter. Get 1st round interview within 3 days. Interviewed by a hiring manager and HR manager. Not comfortable. I wrote a thank you letter after the interview and asked for a follow-up. They replied that the hiring process take time and go through several stateholders but still no feedback after on month. Thinking that I was not hired.
