I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Uxbridge, England) in July 2017.
There was two rounds of interviews, with hiring manager. They followed a classinc nterview questions template, and writing down my answers. There was not much eye contact, as they were very focused on the interview template and writting everything that was being said.
