I worked at GlaxoSmithKline as an intern (Less than a year)
A great work culture was evident, they had a patient-centric structure to the company and the tours around the Ware site were truly fascinating.
I did not have bad things to say about the company.

I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at GlaxoSmithKline (Ware, England) in December 2020.
1. online assessment which is pretty easy, you find out in 24 hours with your strengths and weaknessess
2. assessment centre day (online): presentation exercise on a title they assign to you, individual exercise on a new product, strengths based interview. There were 3 other people in the morning session.
