    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InterContinental Hotels Group (Singapore (Singapore)).

    Interview

Round one of interview was a phone interview with the recruiter, after passing through that round is was the face to face.
Face to face interview was done with both the hiring manager and director. Interview is highly structured with a list of questions that were read off a script. They fervently took notes to all my answers. Interviewers took turns to ask their set of questions so you can surmise that their HR function is highly organised and evolved. Interview also started on time and ended on schedule.

    Interview Questions

    • Situational questions surrounding ability to do the job and the most important aspect they were looking for is the culture fit. They may be biased towards candidates from the hospitality industry.   Answer Question
