I applied online. I interviewed at Japan Tobacco International (Shah Alam (Malaysia)) in January 2012.
5 interviewers, Production Manager, Technical Specialist, HR Manager, HR Recruiter. interview start with reviewing my background and past experience. Manager from HR really friendly and able to treat experience person nicely. Process continue with most Technical Specialist asking and test my knowledge to address the maintenance issues. Manager of production test my experience skill with the similar situations on my past experience.
