There were 4 stages to this process. 1st with recruiter, second stage was with the Head of Dept - he described the structure and purpose very well. Third stage was with the person who would have been the direct manager & a peer, final stage with internal stakeholdersInterviewThen competency stage was focused on scenario based questions i.e. can you tell me a time where you have had to deal with conflict in a team.
