I have been working at Lyft (Less than a year)
Make your schedule to fit you. Drive your own car. Work any days you want. Talk to people you pick up.
To many drivers one day i worked 6hours in rush hour and not one ride. That week i made 250-300 almost 30 hours that doesnt include taxes you have to save, repairs or gas. And constant cancellations because someone doesn't want to pay a surcharge or is inconciderate after you drove 30minutes to get them.
Advice to Management
Please get your hiring situation under control. We all love lyft but you make it hard for people to want to work when they have to fight to make a living in a growing city. Less drivers more riders please!!!
