Flexible hours, that is it. Even when spending all day in online mode rarely got more than 10 rides. I would avoid working for them
Absolutely no support when my account was hacked. The help page didn't even have an option for my situation and I revived on email telling me how to reinstall my app, that was it. I still can't access my account or my earnings.
