Really good salary, and can't really complain about the job itself.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Manpower (San Jose, CA (US)) in March 2012.
First, call the branch to make an appointment to fill out forms. You'll take a few computer application test (Microsoft Office). Once, complete. The recruiter will interview you and see what your looking for. Then suggest which companies are available for positions. Be sure to know what you're looking for, and mention long term or temp to hire roles.
