I have been working at Manpower full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The recruiting process was streamlined and efficient. I felt my recruiter genuinely cared about me as a person. She worked hard to communicate with me about the position and was very responsive to all my questions. Once I was offered the job, the manpower team at my location were and continue to be helpful, communicative and amazing.

    Cons

I have not heard of any retirement/investment options.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Manpower (San Jose, CA (US)) in March 2012.

    Interview

First, call the branch to make an appointment to fill out forms. You'll take a few computer application test (Microsoft Office). Once, complete. The recruiter will interview you and see what your looking for. Then suggest which companies are available for positions. Be sure to know what you're looking for, and mention long term or temp to hire roles.
