I worked at Mindshare as an intern (Less than a year)
Great culture with people who are very willing to help you. The lead of the office is very present and available when needed.
Didn't feel like I was an asset to the team. I completed some tasks but wasn't apart of a lot of processes. Was also given the intern project very late.
Advice to Management
Make sure that the interns that are not based in NY feel apart of the program and provide results oriented projects to work on.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindshare (Atlanta, GA (US)) in July 2019.
First step is a general "get to know you" phone interview with a recruiter. If you're called in for an in-person interview, you'll most likely have two separate interviews with the team members to tell you more about the job and if you're the right fit for the position.
