    Pros

So many great career opportunities available to anybody that’s a go getter. You can learn a lot about the industry in a very short amount of time here.

    Cons

Hard work long hours and not everybody you work with is ambitious and keen to help.

    Advice to Management

Need to promote talent more frequently

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Mindshare (London, England) in January 2020.

    Interview

This company claims to support diversity and inclusivity and is the complete opposite, I experienced racism during my interview process and wasn't able to continue the process due to this reason. I had a phone call (after a month of applying) and everything went great, I was invited to come in for an interview, after this I got an email that because of my nationality the company could not support me and continue with the process.
