I worked at Mindshare full-time (More than 3 years)
Many training, good benefit, people are friendly, active and fun. Great way to manage client. Many international clients, there are lot of things to learn.
No Work- life balance, need to work over time quite often. But this is normal for all the advertising company.
Advice to Management
If you want to start a career, this is a good place to do so.
