      Pros

      Working with Mom365 provides you the wonderful opportunity to be a part of the most special time in a family's life story. Creating cherished memories of those first moments in a baby's life is an amazing experience. There are many opportunities for growth within the company as well. I started as a part-time photographer, went on to become a Field Trainer and Area Supervisor and am now a District Manager all within a few short years. Of course none of that would have been possible without the extensive & on-going training, support and guidance of my local, regional and corporate management team.

      Cons

      Mom365 is not just about taking pictures of babies. This is a sales job. You need to be confident and sure of yourself to work in what can be an emotional and sensitive environment.

      Very easy. Met with Director and she was so sweet. Very easy to talk to. Let me know what to expect out of the job and explained everything throughly. Question pertained to the job and were very simple. I wish all interviews were like this one.
