    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Lancaster, England) in November 2021.

    Interview

It was through Microsoft Teams. It was a values-based questions. Took about 10 minutes only. Managers were very accommodating, not intimidating at all. Ample time was given in between questions.

    Interview Questions

    • 1) How do you maintain dignity and respect to someone you are supporting?
      2) How can you tell if someone needs help and what did you do to provide comfort?   Answer Question
