I have been working at NTT Ltd. full-time (More than 3 years)
-Good salary and end year bonus
-Fun and relaxed working environment.
-Nice multinational colleagues and several new team leaders & manager (it was needed!)
-Many employee benefits (loads of discounts/Gold Master Card fee paid yearly by the company)
-Quite bad recruitment criteria. Management will hire 'anyone', with or without prior experience. When the new hire performs badly and despite warning management, they still keep them and pass the 6 month probation period just to avoid firing them and having to search for a new person that needs to be trained again from scratch.
-Management are too tolerant with people that abuse by taking extra long breaks, on the mobile phone/internet while at the desk instead of working or arriving late...
-Several colleagues that have been working there too long and are completely unmotivated and constantly complaining about the smallest things.
-Extremely hard to move on to a different team or get a promotion. You are basically stuck in the same role forever!
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees and take their advice into account! At the end of the day, we are the ones who work for the clients, train the new hires and inform you on their progress. Your decision to allow a new hire to pass the probation period or have their contract renewed should be based upon our feedback to you and not your laziness in searching for a new replacement!

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NTT Ltd. (Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe (Germany)) in February 2017.
Ich wurde gefragt was diese Firma so alles macht und danach wurde mir gesagt was die Firma alles genau macht und dann sollte ich mich vorstellen. Nach 10 Minuten fingen wir mit Englisch an und danach stellte ich ein paar Fragen.
