No real emphasis on flexible working hours. The company strives on "work life balance", though when required or the need arises; it becomes clear work life balance is out the window.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NatWest Group (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in February 2016.
Had telephone interview which involved answering questions about RBS. Passed this and was invited to attend an assessment day. This accommodated a group of 12 people divided into 2 groups of 6. We got a brief summary of RBS and then one half went for one to one interviews whilst the other half waited in the canteen. The interviews were based on the information given in the initial presentation. We were then given a tour of the call centre floor and were asked to do 2 phone tests. After the first test we were given feedback by a member of the team and then we were allowed a second chance to improve our score based on the previous feedback.
