    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide Building Society (London, England).

    Interview

Written test and competency based questions. In the interview, you will take a paper test which from memory was math and ethical type questions and then a competency based interview. I remember that other candidates who I knew often had feedback about being woolly. The STAR technique was previously preferred.
