28 Days of leave a year with the ability to 'buy' an extra 2 days.
Big company with friendly team members
Absolutely no staff retention causing the team to be frequently extremely busy. Management seem to have favourites.
Advice to Management
Needs to be more mature. More attention needs to be given to staff retention.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Network Rail (Manchester City Centre, England) in March 2015.
I was interviewed by the Engineer for Arcadis who are contracted by Network Rail, he was very pleasant. I asked for the interviewer by name and as he wasn't based where I had the interview it took a while to find him!
