Initial screening interview with HR then passed on to hiring manager. After that, spoke with 3 senior level executives, who gave broader perspective on how the function fits within the organization. Then moved on to peers - one within the function, and one in the local office to answer more specific questions about the day to day and culture. HR shepherded the process all throughout. Seemed like offer was forthcoming, but it was delayed t0 2024.InterviewWalk through professional experience, what relevant skills I would bring to the organization, examples of past success and failure.
