    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ocado Group (Peterborough, England) in October 2016.

    Interview

Online application, followed by in depot interview. The interview was very casual and relaxed, no need to dress up as your interviewer is wearing that god awful Ocado uniform, terrible diction, not really interested as I believe they are just trying to recruit, they'll give anyone a job because their retention rate is terrible.

    Interview Questions

    • Very few relating to customer service, just a quick glance at your CV, if you're aware of the shift patterns, pay and conditions, if you aren't you're shown them on a printout, asked if you're happy to work for that rate of pay and the unsociable hours and that's it.   1 Answer
