Advice to Management
Hire experience HR professionals and stop discussing confidential information with employees. Treat managers and employees as equals and be consistent across the board.

Phone interview, a 1-on-1 interview, then a 3-panel interview. It was an entry-level position, so the expectations were low. They were good with following up along the way. One interviewer from the panel was calling all the way from Chicago.
