I have been working at Optical Express full-time (Less than a year)
The company seems to have really changed course with how it treats its employees. They take the time to ensure employees are well inducted, and have setup regional training academy's that have added many additional trainers (who always seem to be at the end of the phone for you) there is also a huge support network at Head Office that have a department for every need.
Standards in practice are extremely high, and we use - and constantly invest in - some of the best equipment in the industry that are superior to that of our competitors.
It's busy here in the Bristol area, but at the same time rewarding, with what we deliver on a daily basis.
I enjoy the clinical nature, and am also still amazed by what we carry out here in terms of surgery for our patients. The Clinical Teams are extremely professional, friendly and caring.
I believe that the company are always looking to promote from inside, and rewards hard work and good values.
Really glad I took the leap over to OE 7 months ago. Haven't looked back.
7 months with the company and I dont really have any negatives.
