    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Oxford University Press (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in May 2015.

    Interview

As I had previous publishing experience, it was mostly done over the phone. Basic questions about experience, career objectives, salary expectations, etc. The basic steps would have been phone call, then interview in person with sales manager and hr manager, then a case / scenario activity.
