I have been working at Percolate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great CEO, great office location, great colleagues. It is always a positive when you are invested in other people's success and they're invested in yours. Makes getting out of bed very easy in the morning.

    Cons

A fair amount of recent reorganisation recently ( very necessary but always a little destabilising)

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your talent already here at Percolate.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Percolate (London, England) in April 2014.

    Interview

Probably the worst interview experience of my career. They made go through 7 stages of interview: Phone screening, phone chat with VP of Sales, 1:1 meeting with VP of Sales, phone call with VP Client solutions in NY, call with in line manager, call with CEO and founder in NY (on a Friday night on my gf's b-day), case study (to work on a week-end). At every stage everyone was complimenting for my experience and enthusiastic attitude towards the product and i was just waiting for an offer. At the end of this 1 month and a half process they didn't offer me the job and neither provide any feedback. When I pressed for some feedback they simply disappeared.
