    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7+ weeks. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard (London, England) in October 2018.

    Interview

The hiring process included 4 rounds , 3 on V-Con and one Face to Face. The first round was the HR round, who basically was trying to understand Cultural Fitment. Then, the hiring manager round, where questions were mostly regarding past experience and Wine Industry. The third round was again on V Con from regional Head, and the last was done Face to Face in their office by Head-HR.
The process is lengthy and they take a lot of time in providing offer letter. It took almost two month and by the time the offer arrived, I had already accepted another offer. The HR system is very lethargic and late to respond on mails.
Remember, resume also has a shelf life. If the offer is not being made within a set timeline, then there are other pro active organisations who are behind candidate.
