I worked at PlayStation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Positive work environment. Engineers, developers, and other employees who love to work but also love to game. Nerds, but fun and cool nerds. Great benefits and job perks

    Cons

Management can be frustrating at times but what company doesn't have this problem. Things typically get resolved

    Advice to Management

Be sure to be technically educated. Nothing is more frustrating than managers who can't grasp fundamental concepts

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PlayStation (Aliso Viejo, CA (US)) in July 2020.

    Interview

The first interview was with the hiring manager. It was just a background check and a few technical questions. I think they are not that capable to judge any candidate.

    Interview Questions

    • What did you do as a network engineer in your previous job?
Very Very deep dive in MPLS. BGP questions and few questions on routing.   2 Answers
