I worked at PlayStation (Less than a year)
Some of the tools and processes were fun to work with. I tried creating my processes and had fun doing that
I heard some other groups are fun and good to work with but I worked for the Business Analytics group within Operations and it was very stressful! Assigned work did not match people's skill sets. QAs were asked to do BAs work and vice versa. Favoritism and micromanagement runs high in the group. Several people have left or were let go.
If you apply for Sony, other groups may be fine but not this group. Cons outweigh the pros in this group.
Advice to Management

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at PlayStation (Redwood City, CA (US)) in March 2015.
A phone screening was done first and then I was asked for a in person interview where 3 people separately interviewed me. I was not very impressed with the interviewers but took the job anyway (Which was a mistake from my part. You should always trust your gut feeling).
