    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Plural Strategy (New York, NY (US)) in March 2020.

    Interview

Overall an unprofessional interview process. The first round is a test for 25min. The second round was a call with a current consultant based in the UK, where they messed up the job I applied.. I applied for the Analyst full-time position, but the interviewed thought I applied for the internship (never experienced this before).
After the second round, I was able to enter the final round when the covid hits in March. They postponed the whole process to early 2021. I keep emailing them but the HR keeps changing during the process (high turnover rate for the hr team here in the firm also). At some point, they just stopped responding to emails. Be prepared for the unprofessional recruiting process.
