      Pros

      Great entry level pay, most customers were fun, awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      The company is awful, management doesn't care about employees, you will NEVER get a weekend off between October and June, there's a high turnover rate for employees so you will always be understaffed.

      Advice to Management

      Close the studios.

      I spoke with a recruiter over the phone a couple times, then met with the Assistant Manager at the store I was applying to. Everything was pretty simple and laid back. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and personable.
