I have been working at Quantexa full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Really enjoyable place to work. Quantexa gives new starters the opportunity to really learn more about its product and Scala/Spark through its 12 week Data Academy. I like that there is a collaborative environment in the office, everyone works hard but are always willing to help. The work is challenging but it's an enjoyable challenge to learn a host of new things about the company and industry. Office is great, great location and great perks. Lots of great opportunities to develop and work on projects at home and abroad.

    Cons

    I have nothing so far.

    Advice to Management

Data Academy has been challenging and enjoyable!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Quantexa (London, England).

    Interview

This was a 3- stage interview process (phone interview, f2f interview, presentation and final interview).
The process was very straightforward. The final stage presentation was a bit demanding as you will need to spend some time to prepare the ppt and your main ideas but on the other hand this shows that they take their recruitment process very seriously.
