The best thing about working at Rank is the people and the values. It's a fun company to work for with lots to get involved in. I've always felt supported & felt comfortable to push myself further.
Cons
Debbie Downers who moan about everything - but you'll find them everywhere.
Advice to Management
Continue to bring us all together as much as you can to improve morale.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Rank Group (Maidenhead, England) in February 2015.
Interview
normal, plain old process where they ask you if you can do the role and you explain how and why you know you can. They do not do anything interesting or out of the oridnary, its the same old interviews we've all had many times,
