I have been working at Red Hat full-time (More than 3 years)
Collaboration, Sharing , flexible time, friendly people and environmental
Company really take good care of their employees
Some times it's difficult to get people from different times to do something together , although we are getting better in doing this
Advice to Management
Management it's always listening to the team, openly for ideas, helpfully on get people to archives their goals such as promotion, participate in events and conferences, do training and personal development which can be done from home
Then only thing I have to say it's just keep up the excellent work.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Red Hat (London, England) in April 2014.
long, poor communication. inconsistent, no feedback and counter to the culture being presented. Interesting company with open and direct culture aiming for best in class. Interview process was a contradiction to this.
