I worked at Robert Walters full-time (More than a year)
I worked at Robert Walters and I highly appreciated the working culture and people in the office it was very familiar and they really do an effort to employ people matching the culture.
Also open to give you more responsibility once youve proven yourself.
I thought the flexibility of the company in terms of working hours could improve and also the salarys are more on the lower side while they bring out a salary survey once a year and its a bit a joke to see that you are way beyond what they say is an average salary

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Zürich (Switzerland)) in November 2015.
I was invited to 3!!! interviews. First was a phone call, 2 additional in the office. Questions were standard nothing exciting. This company has some issues here, revenues can not be reached... their staff is weirdly British... their goal is to do business here in Switzerland using their British marketing strategy. -- no wonder they have not been successful here yet. Well all in all, they did not CALL me or wrote me an email saying no thank you for your time we found a better candidate. So i would def. not recommend applying here.
