    I worked at Rolls-Royce full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coworkers, compensation, technology, pride in building a complex product

    Cons

location, strict hierarchy, limitations in going beyond your job description, inflexibility of processes. Things have been done a certain way for a long time even when they no longer make sense. Outdated tools.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Berlin (Germany)) in November 2017.

    Interview

Interview process took approximately 3 months. After online application after 1 month I have received a call from HR and had 10 min phone call interview, questions were general (why do I want to work there, what do I know about the company, why am I searching the new job, what are 3 skills required for the job). After that the review process took additional 2 months before I got the invitation for the face to face interview on-site. On-site interview took approximately 1 hour 20 min. Travel to the place for interview has been payed (hotel + km by car)
