Employees rate Berlin 3.3% lower than the overall average
I worked at Rolls-Royce full-time (More than 3 years)
Coworkers, compensation, technology, pride in building a complex product
location, strict hierarchy, limitations in going beyond your job description, inflexibility of processes. Things have been done a certain way for a long time even when they no longer make sense. Outdated tools.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Berlin (Germany)) in January 2016.
A couple of weeks after submitting my application, I was contacted by HR and it was a typical HR interview with standard questions.
After a week I was interviewed by the manager of the area, besides reviewing my background the questions included basic knowledge of testing and engine knowledge.
After 6 weeks of waiting, I was contacted by the manager saying they found a person to fill the position.
