    Recommends

I worked at Rolls-Royce as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Core business is extremely interesting
Many events aimed at explaining to non-technical / non-scientific employees how engines are produced
Good pay and nice work / life balance
Not a small company yet doesn't feel too gigantic

    Cons

Friedrichshafen is a nice & quiet city but not really attractive to younger workers.
A decent level of German is required not only to live in the area but also for day-to-day interactions within the company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Friedrichshafen (Germany)) in September 2013.

    Interview
