    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in February 2016.

    Interview

First an online test, then a phone interview, and lastly a physical interview (+ technical paper test). Quite difficult interviews compared to the average. But very friendly people. You can tell the work environment is nice. They are looking for good fitting personalities, not necessarily super technical. They seem to offer a good work-life balance.
