    Pros

Training very good, all the ppe and uniform good.

    Cons

Disorganised, work allocation is crazy- more driving then working.

    Advice to Management

Managers are quite good, no complaints about management.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SSE (London, England).

    Interview

Three phase interview, but this was due to the a possible relocation between 1st and 2nd interview. I believe it should normally be 2. The 3rd was just a meeting with the department head because we happened to both be in the same city at the same time.

1 - local analysis team intv (in person, two on the interview panel)
2 - central team intv with other team leader (on skype, one-to-one)
3 - meeting with dept boss (in person, one-to-one)

All very good experiences. Great people to work with.
