    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at SSE (Perth, Scotland) in November 2016.

    Interview

Bland and lacking inspiration. I thought interviews like this went out in the 90's! The questioning was very superficial and lacked depth. This never allowed opportunity to delve into detail that would allow a candidate to sell themselves or indeed allow a prospective employer to really assess the expertise that they can bring to the company.

It felt like this was a final "sifting" of CVs rather than a competency based interview.
