I worked at Scottish Water as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

new office, good setup, flexible working, good people and managers were good to work for

    Cons

lots of travel to small depots in the middle of nowhere! was a contactor, so IR35 kicked in and affected a lot of contractors at the time.

Basic video interview for first step, then a full day assessment that included teamwork tasks followed by Psychometric test ( maths , physics etc ) .

Last phase was a face to face interview , lasted about 50 mins. Questions mainly on scenarios and the usual " give an example of " .
