I have been working at Sky full-time (More than 10 years)
The campus in Iselworth is incredible and looks like it belongs in Silicon Valley. There's a huge gym, great food, 200 seat state-of-the-art cinema, post office, Waitrose, hair salon. Sky also organise family days twice a year, these include fair ground rides, free food, face painting, animals, arts and crafts, giant inflatables etc. Other benefits include flexible working, free Sky TV, generous pension scheme...I could go on.
For some, the location in Isleworth is too far from Central London.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sky (Isleworth, England) in November 2019.
I applied in October 2019 and went through a 4 stage interview. The communication was good at the start, I had a telephone interview and got feedback shortly after, I then had a face to face interview with fast feedback as well. I had a telephone interview with a Product owner, I had to chase for feedback and was told that I had to carry out a task. At this point, I wondered whether I would have been contacted if I hadn't chased up. On carrying out the task, I waited for 3 weeks and chased feedback via email. I was asked to call to get the feedback. I am very disappointed because the least Sky could do is get back to candidates even if they are not being accepted. If I hadn't chased up, I would have been left in the dark on my performance. Sky really needs to improve their customer service
